| dc.description.abstract | Die Autoren beleuchten kritisch die Hintergründe der Begriffskarriere der "lernenden Organisation", die auch von der Berufspädagogik als Wissenschaft entdeckt wird "als neues Attraktivitätsetikett, zudem versehen mit hohem Anschlusswert für betriebswirtschaftlich-ökonomische Kontexte." Es stellt sich die Frage nach dem Lernbegriff.
