Erfassung des Professionswissens angehender Berufsschullehrkräfte im Berufsfeld Ernährung und Hauswirtschaft – Adaption des TPACK-Modells

„Lehrkräfteprofessionalität bildet sich in Fachwissen, fachdidaktischem Wissen, pädagogischem Wissen und technologischem Wissen ab. Modelle, die die Komplexität des Professionswissens darstellen, sind an die spezifischen Anforderungen des Unterrichtsgeschehens von Lehrkräften anzupassen.
