„Das Gastgewerbe ist eine bedeutsame Branche der deutschen Wirtschaft und hat Einfluss auf die regionale, nationale und globale nachhaltige Entwicklung. Um den Herausforderungen der Zukunft gerecht zu werden, braucht es innovative und passgenaue Lösungen.
