dc.description	„For more than 30 years, the Standing Conference of the Ministers of Education and Cultural Affairs of the Länder in the Federal Republic of Germany (KMK) has proclaimed "the ability to help shape the world of work" as an educational goal for vocational education and training. Using industrial-technical VET as an example, the article examines which social trends, technical developments and scientific findings have found their way into the pedagogical guiding idea of helping to shape the world of work and what significance this idea might still have today. It is argued that in the current debates on the transformation of the world of work (keywords: digitalisation, decarbonisation, demographic change), shaping-oriented VET is still of prominent importance. However, it needs to be broadened, as shaping one's own professional biography plays a much greater role for trainees today than it once seemed.“ (authors‘ abstract; BIBB-Doku)	de
dc.description.abstract	„Die „Befähigung zur Mitgestaltung der Arbeitswelt“ wird von der Deutschen Kultusministerkonferenz (KMK) seit mehr als 30 Jahren als Bildungsziel für die berufliche Bildung proklamiert. Im Beitrag wird am Beispiel der gewerblich-technischen Berufsbildung untersucht, welche gesellschaftlichen Strömungen, welche technischen Entwicklungen und wissenschaftlichen Erkenntnisse in die pädagogische Leitidee der Mitgestaltung der Arbeitswelt Eingang gefunden hatten und welche Bedeutung diese Idee heute noch haben könnte. Dabei wird argumentiert, dass in den aktuellen Debatten um den Wandel der Arbeitswelt (Stichworte: Digitalisierung, Dekarbonisierung, demografischer Wandel) die gestaltungsorientierte Berufsbildung nach wie vor von besonderer Bedeutung ist. Allerdings in erweiterungsbedürftiger Form, denn die Gestaltung der eigenen Berufsbiografie spielt heutzutage für die Auszubildenden eine viel größere Rolle, als das früher den Anschein hatte.“ (Autorenreferat; BIBB-Doku)	de
