Modell zur Erklärung von beruflichen Fehlzeiten

Abstract

"Aufbauend auf theoretischen Ansätzen und empirischer Evidenz zum Zusammenhang von Bildung / Beruf auf der einen Seite und Stress / Gesundheit auf der anderen Seite liefert der Beitrag ein theoretisches Modell zur Erklärung von beruflichen Fehlzeiten. Dabei wird sowohl der Zusammenhang zwischen Bildung / Beruf und Arbeits(un)fähigkeit diskutiert, als auch motivational bedingte Aspekte zur Arbeitswilligkeit (Präsentismus versus Absentismus). Limitationen des Modells werden aufgezeigt und Ansatzpunkte für die Weiterentwicklung des Modells geliefert."
