Abstract
„The Nursing Professions Act (Pflegeberufegesetz) came into force in 2020 and the generalist nursing training is being implemented along with it. A commission of experts made comprehensive recommendations for theoretical and practical teaching (frame work curriculum) as well as for practical nursing training (framework training plan). The focus lies on competence and situational reference, which should be reflected in curricula and learning tasks. There is criticism of the framework training plan regarding to the acquisition of implicit knowledge. It is criticized that tasks refer primarily to cognitive processes. In this context, professional prioritizations of nursing instructors within the framework of nursing instructions are presented. Finally, the importance of tacit knowledge in nursing is discussed and implications for teaching/learning arrangements for nursing instructions are derived.” (authors’ abstract; BIBB-Doku)
