"Ich muss ja was machen … Ich will ja keine Hausfrau werden“ : Begleitprozesse an dem Übergang Schule – Ausbildung am Beispiel des Modellprojektes ‚Netzwerk Bildung- Begleitung- Beruf"

Abstract

„Das Berliner Modellprojekt ‚Netzwerk Bildung- Begleitung- Beruf‘ begleitet Jugendliche bei dem Übergang von einem Oberstufenzentrum in die Berufsausbildung durch Beratungs- und Bildungsangebote sowie Bildungsbegleiter/innen. Im Rahmen einer im Jahr 2009/2010 durchgeführten qualitativen Evaluation des Modellprojektes wurden Interviews mit Jugendlichen vor und nach den Beratungsgesprächen sowie mit Jugendlichen, welche mit einem/r Bildungsbegleiter/in zusammen arbeiten, geführt. Anhand dieser Daten werden im folgenden Beitrag die von den Jugendlichen bei der Übergangsgestaltung von einem Oberstufenzentrum in die Ausbildung als unterstützend erlebten Faktoren herausgearbeitet und entsprechende Ableitungen für zukünftige Projektrealisierungen diskutierbar.“ (Autorenreferat; BIBB-Doku)“The Berlin pilot project ‘Network Education-Support-Occupation’ accompanies young people during the process of transition from an upper vocational school to vocational education and training through offering advice and education and training as well as educational mentors. In the context of a qualitative evaluation of the pilot project that was carried out in 2009/2010, interviews were held with young people before and after the consultations, and also with young people who were working with an educational mentor. This paper uses these data to identify those factors that the young people found to be supportive in the process of transition from an upper vocational school into vocational education and training, and the relevant implications for future project plans are discussed.” (authors’ abstract; BIBB-Doku)
