Inklusive Gestaltung des Übergangs Schule–Beruf durch Weiterentwicklung von Jugendberufsagenturen

Abstract

„Am Übergang von der Schule in Ausbildung und Beruf werden bundesweit Jugendberufsagenturen ausgebaut. Wie diese gestaltet sein müssten, um sie inklusiv auszurichten und mehr Teilhabe an den regulären Angeboten der Beruflichen Bildung zu ermöglichen, wird in diesem Beitrag behandelt. Dabei steht eine an den Bedarfen des Einzelnen ausgerichtete multiprofessionelle Zusammenarbeit der Akteur*innen im Mittelpunkt.“ (Autorenreferat; BIBB-Doku)„So called Youth Employment Agencies are being expanded throughout Germany at the transition from school to vocational training and work.
