Abstract
„The composition of nursing teams is changing due to legal regulations, professional policy decisions, and a shortage of skilled workers. These changes are accompanied by evolving demands on collaboration within nursing teams. In order to support this transformation through vocational education and training, it is essential to understand the collective interpretations, actions, and resulting developmental needs of nursing teams. To explore these needs, data from five group discussions with nursing professionals and leaders were subjected to a secondary analysis using an agency-focused analytical framework. The findings highlight three key dimensions: (1) the emotional and action-oriented compensation for shortage and loss, (2) the development of individual and collective potential through autonomy and opportunities for participation, and (3) the gains and collective learning opportunities that arise from collaboration in heterogeneous teams.” (author’s abstract; BIBB-Doku)
