Abstract
"Im Beitrag wird das Konstrukt der Aspirationen erläutert und der Forschungsstand zu beruflichen Aspirationen von Kindern analysiert. Dies erfolgt zunächst für den deutschsprachigen Kulturraum mit Bezug zum internationalen Forschungsstand. Schon Kinder entwickeln Zukunftsvorstellungen. Diese konkretisieren sich vor allem an Berufen bzw. beruflichen Tätigkeiten. Berufliche Aspirationen von Kindern sollten als individuelle Ressource im Lebenslauf betrachtet und in der Berufswahlforschung sowie der Forschung zu Berufsorientierungsmaßnahmen stärker berücksichtigt werden." "In the article, the idea of ,aspiration' will be e:xplained and the current state of research regarding vocational aspirations of children will be analyzed. This will firstly be clone for the German speaking cultural area in reference to the international state of research. Even children develop views of the future. These views substantiate on professions and professional actions, respectively. The assumption is that vocational aspirations of children should be viewed as an individual resource in the biography and therefore be considered more in vocational choice research as well as research focusing on vocational orientation measures."
