Reflexionen zur Philosophie der Berufsbildung : Rekonstruktion und Perspektiven

Abstract

"Die vorliegende Abhandlung geht dem Begriff der Berufsbildungsphilosophie auf den Grund. Im Mittelpunkt stehen dabei Überlegungen, welche Relevanz und welchen Mehrwert ein bildungsphilosophischer Zugang bei der wissenschaftlichen Auseinandersetzung mit der Berufsbildung offerieren kann. Dazu wird auch auf den Kontrast zur empirischen Berufsbildungsforschung eingegangen, denn wenngleich philosophische Erkenntnisbemühungen in der Berufs- und Wirtschaftspädagogik nicht neu sind, haben sie im Schatten der datengenerierenden und datenverarbeitenden Wissenschaft ihre Bedeutung nahezu eingebüßt. Für eine normativ arbeitende und denkende Berufs- und Wirtschaftspädagogik eröffnet die Berufsbildungsphilosophie jedoch eine Vielzahl aktueller Forschungsfelder, von der beruflichen Mündigkeit bis zu Fragen der sozialen Gerechtigkeit." "This paper explores the concept of the philosophy of vocational education. A focus of the discussion is on the relevance and value of philosophical approaches for the scientific examination with vocational education. For this, the contrast of educational philosophy and empirical vocational research is thematised: although philosophical considerations are not new in the field of vocational and business education, they have lost importance in contrast to research generating and processing data. But if the discipline of vocational and business education should work and think normatively, the philosophy of vocational education offers a variety of relevant research areas, like the issue of vocational maturity or questions of social justice."
