Abstract

"Der vorliegende BIBB REPORT gibt Auskunft darüber, welche Chancen Ungelernte auf dem Arbeitsmarkt haben und welcher Beschäftigung sie nachgehen, wenn sie erwerbstätig sind. Darüber hinaus wird dargestellt, welche Möglichkeiten sich für sie ergeben, wenn sie sich höher qualifizieren bzw. ihre vorliegende Qualifizierung an organisatorische und/oder technische Veränderungen anpassen möchten. Abschließend wird dargestellt, welche Qualifizierungsangebote der Zielgruppe 'Ungelernte' angeboten werden."
