dc.description.abstractDiese Studie des CEDEFOP, die in drei europäischen Ländern (Italien, Frankreich, Spanien) durchgeführt wurde, beschäftigt sich mit dem Einfluss von fachlichen Kompetenzen der Informationstechnologie auf zwei Bereiche: Telekommunikation und Büro/Verwaltung. Die Informationstechnologie ist ein integratives Element auf dem Wege zur Informationsgesellschaft. Gleichzeitig trägt sie zum ökonomischen Wandel und zu veränderten Anforderungen an Humanressourcen und an Kompetenzen bei. Ziel der Studie ist es, eine Reihe von neuen Qualifikationsanforderungen zu identifizieren, um neue Berufe oder Tätigkeitsmerkmale zu definieren. (BIBB)
