Medizinprodukteaufbereitung - ein neuer Ausbildungsberuf? : Qualifikationsbedarfs- und Berufsanalyse

Abstract

"Die Publikation stellt die Ergebnisse eines vom BIBB durchgeführten Forschungsvorhabens vor, welches die Bedarfslage eines möglichen staatlich geregelten dualen Ausbildungsberufes in der Medizinprodukteaufbereitung untersucht. Hierfür werden die betrieblichen Strukturen, Qualifikationsbedarfe, Einsatzgebiete und Beschäftigungsperspektiven erfasst und die dafür notwendigen Tätigkeitsschwerpunkte und Anforderungen an einen solchen Beruf im Bereich der Medizinproduktaufbereitung und die in ihm tätigen Personen ermittelt. Auf Grundlage der Ergebnisse aus den betrieblichen Fallstudien, leitfadengestützten Interviews und einer bundesweit durchgeführten Onlinebefragung empfiehlt das BIBB die Schaffung eines dualen Ausbildungsberufes für die Medizinprodukteaufbereitung."
