Flexibel arbeiten, flexibel lernen : geteilte Führung als Aufgabenfeld der betrieblichen Bildungsarbeit

Abstract

„Die Transformation der Arbeit führt zu einer (Neu-)Verhandlung von Arbeitsformen und Erwerbsverläufen. Die Flexibilisierung der Arbeit ist vor diesem Hintergrund nicht nur betrieblicher Ausdruck von Intensivierungstendenzen, sondern auch eine Möglichkeit für das Subjekt, Anforderungen der Domänen Work, Learn und Life auszuhandeln. Arbeitszeitflexibilisierung ist besonders auf der Führungsebene mit Chancen und Herausforderungen verbunden, wenn es um die Balance von divergierenden Logiken der beruflichen und privaten Sphäre geht. Als eine spezifische Form moderner Arbeitsorganisation wird geteilter Führung vor diesem Hintergrund ein besonderes Potential zugesprochen. Vor allem mit Blick auf die beruflichen Lern- und Entwicklungsbedarfe von Führungskräften erweist sich das Modell als chancenreich, indem lern- und kompetenzförderliche Bedingungen implizit in der Arbeitsorganisation angelegt sind. Auf der Basis empirischer Daten wird in diesem Beitrag diskutiert, welche Anforderungen und Kompetenzentwicklungsmöglichkeiten durch eine Tandemarbeit auf Führungsebene entstehen.“ (Autorenreferat; BIBB-Doku)

„The transformation of work leads to a (re)negotiation of forms of work and careers. Against this backdrop, work flexibilization is not only a corporate expression of intensification, but also an opportunity for the subject to negotiate the demands of the domains of work, learn and life. Working time flexibilization and the division of work are associated with opportunities and challenges, especially at the management level, when it comes to balancing divergent logics of the professional and private spheres. As a specific form of modern work organization, shared leadership is seen as having particular potential against this background. Especially with regard to the professional learning and development needs of managers, the model turns out to be rich in opportunities as conditions conducive to learning and competence are implicit in the work organization. On the basis of empirical data, this paper discusses the requirements and competence development opportunities that arise from tandem work on a management level.“ (author‘s abstract; BIBB-Doku)
