Junge Geflüchtete erfolgreich ausbilden : ein Qualifizierungskonzept zur Vorbereitung und Unterstützung des betrieblichen Ausbildungspersonals

Abstract

"Um ausbildendes Personal systematisch auf mögliche schwierige Alltagssituationen bei der Ausbildung von Geflüchteten vorzubereiten, hat die Fachstelle Übergänge in Ausbildung und Beruf (überaus) im BIBB in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Bildungsträger FRESKO e.V. ein Fortbildungskonzept entwickelt und erprobt. Dieses ist berufsübergreifend angelegt und knüpft unmittelbar an persönliche Erfahrungen und Erfordernisse aus der Ausbildungspraxis der Teilnehmenden an. In vier Modulen werden mögliche Ursachen von Konflikten differenziert untersucht und gemeinsam neue Handlungsoptionen erarbeitet. Dies geschieht zum einen durch Wissenserwerb, z.B. zu rechtlichen Rahmenbedingungen, Fördermöglichkeiten sowie sprachlichen und kommunikativen Aspekten der Ausbildung. Zum anderen werden persönliche Erfahrungen, etwa im Hinblick auf das eigene Rollenverständnis oder individuelle Interpretationsmuster, gemeinsam reflektiert. Das Konzept kann als Grundlage für die Entwicklung eigener Fortbildungsangebote herangezogen werden." (Autorenreferat, BIBB-Doku)"Aiming to systematically prepare training staff for potentially difficult everyday situations in the training of refugees, überaus (the specialist unit at BIBB for transitions to training and work) has teamed up with the educational institution FRESKO e.V. to develop and test a training concept. Taking a cross-occupational approach, it is directly linked to personal experiences and requirements from the training practice of participants. In four modules, participants examine possible causes of conflicts in a differentiated way and work together to develop new possible courses of action. On the one hand, they achieve this by acquiring knowledge, for instance about legal framework conditions, funding opportunities and linguistic/communicative aspects of training. On the other hand, they reflect together on personal experiences, for example with regard to their own understanding of roles or individual interpretation patterns.
