Wissensbasierung im Kontext der Fachkräftesicherung durch Steuerung beruflicher Bildung : die Berufsgruppenprofile

Abstract

„Der vorliegende Bericht stellt das vom Netzwerkbüro Bildung Rheinisches Revier entwickelte Analyseinstrument der Berufsgruppenprofile vor. Ziel der Berufsgruppenprofile ist die Möglichkeit vergleichender Analysen relevanter Kennzahlen und Indikatoren des Arbeitsmarkts und der beruflichen Ausbildung an Berufsschulen zu schaffen. Im Kontext des zunehmenden soziodemografischen Wandels und bereits erkennbarer akuter Fachkräftebedarfe adressieren sie damit Wissensbedarfe zugunsten zielgerichteter bildungsstrategischer Steuerungsmaßnahmen. Neben Informationen zum Aufbau des Instruments werden Anwendungsmöglichkeiten diskutiert, auf Herausforderungen und Begrenzungen durch die Datenlage hingewiesen und mögliche und notwendige Weiterentwicklungen benannt.“ (Autorenreferat; BIBB-Doku)„The article presents the analytic instrument of occupational group profiles, set up by the „Netzwerkbüro Bildung Rheinisches Revier“. The profiles aim at creating the possibility to compare the labour market and the situation of vocational education for occupational groups by analyzing specific indicators. In the context of socio-demografical changes and an already discernable lack of skilled labour they adress knowledge based management of vocational education.
