Berufliche Bildung in kommunalen Bildungslandschaften

Abstract

„Ziel einer regional ausgerichteten Bildung(spolitik) ist die bedarfsgerechte Gestaltung von Bildungsangeboten für die Herausforderungen vor Ort. Mit Strukturförderprogrammen wie „Bildung integriert“ wird der Aufbau kommunaler Bildungslandschaften gestärkt. Diese werden entscheidend durch die Zusammenarbeit der Bildungsakteuren vor Ort gestaltet. Die Grundidee der Kooperation von Lernorten ist in der beruflichen Bildung bereits durch die gesetzlich verankerte Lernortkooperation angelegt. Der Beitrag analysiert für beide Kooperationsformen die aktuellen Herausforderungen anhand von Ergebnissen zweier Forschungsprojekte. Anhand ausgewählter Befunde der Förderrichtlinie „Bildung integriert“ wird aufgezeigt, welche Rolle die berufliche Bildung für die Entwicklung kommunaler Bildungsstrategien spielt. Ergebnisse des Forschungsprojekts LoK-DiBB zeigen Erfolgsfaktoren für eine gelingende Lernortkooperation auf. Zu prüfen bleibt, welche Themen und Aufgaben in übergreifenden Kooperationsstrukturen zu bearbeiten sind und wo themenspezifische Arbeitskreise besser geeignet sind, um aktuellen Herausforderungen zu begegnen.“ (Autorenreferat; BIBB-Doku)

„The goal of a regionally oriented education (policy) is to design educational offerings that meet the needs of local challenges. Structural support programs such as Bildung integriert (Integrated Education) strengthen the development of local educational landscapes. These are decisively shaped by the cooperation of local educational actors. The basic idea of cooperation between places of learning is already established in vocational education and training through the legally anchored cooperation between places of learning. The article analyzes the current challenges for both forms of cooperation based on the results of two research projects. On the basis of selected results of the funding guideline Bildung integriert (Integrated Education), the role of vocational education and training for the development of municipal education strategies is shown. Results of the research project LoK-DiBB show success factors for a successful learning location cooperation. It remains to be examined which topics and tasks should be dealt with in overarching cooperation structures and where topic-specific working groups are better suited to meet current challenges.“ (authors‘ abstract; BIBB-Doku)
