Abstract
(Autorenreferat; BIBB-Doku)
"Many employees lack time for continuing training. The example of ten best-practice companies demonstrates how the organization of working hours can provide time for life-long learning. Analyses based on data of the IAB Establishment Panel show evidence that working-time options are related to higher training-participation rates of men and women. Moreover, employee representations, work-family measures and equal-opportunity policies play an important role." (author's abstract; BIBB-Doku)
