Interdisziplinäres Projekt zu inklusiver Berufsorientierung von Beruflicher Bildung, Arbeitslehre und Förderpädagogik: Konzeption und studentische Erwartungen

Abstract

„Vor dem Hintergrund der Verpflichtung Deutschlands zum inklusiven Unterricht und der hessischen Maßgabe für Lehrkräfte, Berufsorientierung in der Schule durchzuführen, wird die Konzeption eines interdisziplinären Seminars zur gemeinsamen Ausbildung von Lehramtsstudierenden für Regel- und Förderschulen im Fachgebiet „inklusive Berufsorientierung“ präsentiert. Zielsetzung ist die Kompetenzentwicklung angehender Lehrkräfte zur Unterstützung von Jugendlichen mit und ohne sonderpädagogischen Förderbedarf in beruflicher Orientierung. Die Studierenden profitieren dabei von der jeweils „anderen“ Expertise: Berufsorientierung auf der einen, diagnostische und förderpädagogische Kenntnisse auf der anderen Seite. Insgesamt besteht die Möglichkeit, erste Erfahrungen in interdisziplinärer Zusammenarbeit im Lehramt zu machen und vor allem zu reflektieren. Dies wiederum bereitet auf die multiprofessionelle Kooperation in der Schule vor. Eine im Vorfeld der Veranstaltung in den beteiligten Studiengängen durchgeführte Erwartungsabfrage erhob sowohl inhaltliche als auch konzeptionelle Erwartungen sowie Einstellungen zu inklusivem Unterricht und Berufsorientierung. Zentrale Ergebnisse sind, dass die Studierenden einen hohen Bedarf an den jeweils „anderen“ Themenfeldern äußern und sich nicht gut auf die Planung inklusiven Unterrichts vorbereitet fühlen. Die Vorstellung, im Team zu unterrichten, wird von den meisten Studierenden bejaht, trifft aber vor allem im Lehramtsstudium für Förderschulen auch auf Skepsis. Diese und weitere Ergebnisse werden im Beitrag präsentiert sowie mit Blick auf die Zukunft der inklusiven Lehramtsausbildung diskutiert.“ (Autorenreferat; BIBB-Doku)

„Interdisciplinary project on inclusive vocational orientation in vocational education, work studies (“Arbeitslehre”) and special needs education: concept and student expectationsAgainst the background of Germany's commitment to inclusive education and the Hessian requirement for teachers to conduct vocational orientation in school, the concept of an interdisciplinary seminar for the joint training of student teachers for mainstream and special schools in the subject area "inclusive vocational orientation" is presented. The aim is to develop the competence of future teachers to support young people with and without special educational needs in vocational orientation. The students benefit from the "other" expertise: vocational orientation on the one hand, diagnostic and support pedagogical knowledge on the other hand. Overall, there is the opportunity to gain initial experience in interdisciplinary cooperation in the teaching profession and, above all, to reflect on it. This in turn prepares for multiprofessional cooperation in school. A survey of expectations conducted in the participating courses of study surveyed both content-related and conceptual expectations as well as attitudes toward inclusive teaching and professional orientation. Central results are that the students express a high need for the respective "other" subject areas and do not feel well prepared for planning inclusive lessons. Most students agree with the idea of teaching in a team, but they also encounter scepticism, especially in the teacher training program for special needs schools.“ (authors’ abstract; BIBB-Doku)
