Fachkräftemonitoring für das BMAS : Mittelfristprognose bis 2026

Abstract

„Das BMAS hat das QuBe-Kooperationsprojekt mit einem Fachkräftemonitoring beauftragt, das aus einer jährlichen Mittelfristprognose und einer regelmäßigen Langfristprogose besteht. Mit der Mittelfristprognose wird die Lücke geschlossen zwischen der Engpassanalyse der Bundesagentur für Arbeit (BA), welche vor allem die aktuelle Fachkräftesituation auf dem Arbeitsmarkt nach Berufsgattungen (Fünfsteller) der Klassifikation der Berufe 2010 (KldB 2010) bewertet, und den bisherigen Langfristprognosen des Fachkräftemonitorings. Die vorliegende Mittelfristprognose für 2022 bis 2026 beinhaltet neben der zunehmenden Digitalisierung auch die ökonomischen Folgen der COVID 19- Pandemie und die damit verbundenen Veränderungen der Wirtschaft und des Arbeitsmarktes. Auch die Auswirkungen des Angriffskrieges der russischen Föderation auf die Ukraine, die damit verbundenen Sanktionen und die Reaktion darauf im Rahmen der Verteidigungsausgaben werden mit Informationsstand Juni 2022 berücksichtigt. „The BMAS has commissioned the QuBe cooperation project with a skilled labour monitoring system consisting of an annual medium-term forecast and a regular long-term forecast. The medium-term forecast closes the gap between the bottleneck analysis of the Federal Employment Agency (BA), which primarily assesses the current skilled labour situation on the labour market according to occupational categories (five-digit) of the Classification of Occupations 2010 (KldB 2010), and the previous long-term forecasts of the skilled labour monitoring. The present medium-term forecast for 2022 to 2026 includes the economic consequences of the COVID 19 pandemic and the associated changes in the economy and the labour market, in addition to increasing digitalisation. The effects of the Russian Federation's war of aggression on Ukraine, the associated sanctions and the response to this in the context of defence spending are also taken into account with information as of June 2022.
