Abstract
„University and non-university qualified teaching staff are currently working together in the training facilities for health and (children's) nursing in Germany. The aim of the work was to reconstruct the tertium comparationis of the professional situation of both groups in self and externa/ image. For this purpose, 14 interviews were evaluated using the documentary method. From the tertium comparationis, university-qualified teachers are more likely to present themselves as actors and their non-university- qualified colleagues as reactors in the academic process. The results can be used by teachers to reflect on their actions and those of their other qualified colleagues.” (author’s abstract; BIBB-Doku)
