Beruflich-betriebliche Bildung in der stationären Langzeitpflege

Abstract

„Zwar hat der Lernort Betrieb im Kontext der berufsförmig organisierten Arbeit einen ungebrochenen Stellenwert, doch mit zunehmender Veränderung von Arbeit und Beruf ergeben sich neue Orientierungs- und Gestaltungsanforderungen. Es stellt sich die Frage, wie der Lernort Betrieb ausgestaltet werden sollte, damit sowohl Organisationen als auch ihre Mitglieder mit den aktuellen Transformationsprozessen lösungsorientiert und adaptiv umgehen können. Individuelle Kompetenz- und betriebliche Organisationsentwicklungsprozesse müssen wechselseitig aufeinander bezogen werden - auch im Kontext der betrieblichen Bildungsarbeit. Doch wie kann dies gelingen? Diese Frage steht im Fokus des Beitrags und wird exemplarisch am Berufsfeld Langzeitpflege erörtert. Es werden neue Anforderungen an den Lernort Pflegepraxis diskutiert, wobei herausgearbeitet wird, inwiefern die theoretischen Ansätze und praktischen Konzepte der beruflichen Bildung unterstützend bei der Bewältigung dieser Anforderungen sein können.“ (Autorenreferat; BIBB-Doku)

„Although the learning place ‚firm‘ continues to be important in the context of professionally organized work, although increasing change of job and profession induce new orientation and design requirements. The question arises as how the learning place ‘firm’ should be designed so that both organizations and their members can deal with the current transformation processes in a solution-oriented and adaptive manner. Individual competence and company organizational development processes must therefore be mutually related - also in the context of professionally-operational education. But how can this be achieved? This question is the focus of this article and is discussed using the field of professional long-term care as an example. New requirements for nursing practice as a place of learning are discussed, with the extent to which the theoretical approaches and practical concepts of vocational training can be helpful in dealing with these requirements being discussed.“ (authors‘ abstract; BIBB-Doku)
