| dc.description.abstract | Der Bericht präsentiert die wesentlichen Ergebnisse eines gemeinsamen Projektes von Cedefop und Europäischer Kommission (DG Bildung und Kultur), in welchem verschiedene Aspekte des Einsatzes von E-Learning in kleinen und mittleren Unternehmen (KMU) untersucht wurden. Dabei zeigte sich, dass der effektive Einsatz von E-Learning in kleinen und mittleren Unternehmen (KMU) eine entsprechende Lerninfrastruktur voraussetzt. Wichtig ist nicht nur eine ausreichende technische Ausstattung, sondern auch die Existenz einer ausgereiften Ausbildungsstrategie im Bereich der Personalentwicklung. (BIBB) | |
