Zur landesweiten Werbekampagne für Ausbildungsberufe zur Stärkung der dualen Ausbildung in Nordrhein-Westfalen : Stellungnahme des IAB zur Anhörung im Ausschuss für Arbeit, Gesundheit und Soziales des Landtags Nordrhein-Westfalen am 27.9.2023

Abstract

„Die Fraktion der FDP im Landtag Nordrhein-Westfalen hat beantragt, eine landesweite Werbekampagne für Ausbildungsberufe zu starten. Das IAB hat hierzu auf Anfrage der SPD-Fraktion eine Stellungnahme für eine Anhörung im Ausschuss für Arbeit, Gesundheit und Soziales des Landtags Nordrhein-Westfalen am 27.9.2023 erstellt. Die Stellungnahme skizziert die aktuellen Entwicklungen am Ausbildungsmarkt und fasst ausgewählte Forschungsergebnisse zu den Kriterien bei der Berufswahl sowie den genutzten Informationskanälen zur beruflichen Orientierung zusammen. Dabei wird - soweit möglich - speziell auf die Rolle sozialer Medien eingegangen." At the request of the SPD parliamentary group, the IAB has prepared a statement for a hearing in the North Rhine-Westphalia state parliament on 27.9.2023. The statement outlines current developments in the market for apprenticeship training and summarizes selected research findings on the criteria that are relevant for career choice and the information channels used for career guidance.
