Abstract

"Das Lernen mit digitalen Medien gehört zu einer zeitgemäßen beruflichen Bildung. Der vorliegende Beitrag liefert im Kern eine Bestandsaufnahme und Analyse zu digitalen Medien, wie Apps, Websites, Weblogs, Soziale Netzwerke und Medien sowie Dokumentarfilme, die sich dem Bereich der Ernährung und Hauswirtschaft zuordnen lassen und damit Anknüpfungspunkte für den Einsatz im Unterricht in Ausbildungsberufen des Berufsfeldes Ernährung und Hauswirtschaft bieten."
