Abstract

„Im Beitrag soll ein Verständnis von Innovationen in der beruflichen Bildung als soziale Innovationen entwickelt werden, das durch Theorien sozialer Praktiken begründet ist. Im Anschluss sollen diese (sozial-)theoretischen Erörterungen praxisrelevant anhand eines Beispiels aus dem InnoVET PLUS-Projekt Held:innen der Energiewende – der versuchten Etablierung eines Fortbildungsangebots für Geprüfte Berufsspezialisten – konkretisiert werden.“ (Autorenreferat; BIBB-Doku)„This article aims to develop an understanding of innovations in vocational education and training as social innovations based on theories of social practices.
