Arbeitsorientierte Grundbildung (AoG) als Bildungsinnovation : Erkenntnisse aus dem Kölner Modell

Abstract

„Der Beitrag verortet zunächst die Arbeitsorientierte Grundbildung (AoG) als Teilaspekt der beruflichen Weiterbildung und zeigt dann exemplarisch auf, wie eine Infrastruktur für AoG in einem regionalen Netzwerk auf- und ausgebaut werden kann. Dabei wird auf Erfahrungen aus dem Projekt „Arbeitsorientierte Grundbildung und Grundbildungsberatung in Köln“ (kurz: „AoG Köln“) zurückgegriffen (https://www.grundbildung-wirkt.de/aog-koeln/). Im Rahmen der formativen Evaluation konzeptionalisierte die wissenschaftliche Begleitung des Projekts AoG als Bildungsinnovation, die in einem moderierten Innovationsprozess in der regionalen Beratungs- und Trägerlandschaft etabliert wurde. Die am Projekt beteiligten Partner agierten dabei im Sinne des Educational Governance-Ansatzes als „institutional entrepreneurs“ und wirkten auf eine dynamische Interaktion zwischen Institutionen und Akteuren hin. Ansatzpunkte hierfür waren der Aufbau von grundbildungssensiblen Beratungs-, Unterstützungs- und Verweisstrukturen sowie die Entwicklung und Erprobung von förderfähigen Bildungssettings für Langzeitarbeitslose mit Grundbildungsbedarf.“ (Autorenreferat; BIBB-Doku)

„The article first defines work-oriented basic education as a sub-aspect of continuing vocational training and then uses an example to illustrate how an infrastructure for work-oriented basic education can be established and expanded within a regional network. It draws on experience from the project „Arbeitsorientierte Grundbildung und Grundbildungsberatung in Köln“ („AoG Köln“) (https://www.grundbildung-wirkt.de/aog-koeln/). As part of the formative evaluation, the scientific support of the project conceptualized work-oriented basic education as an educational innovation that was established in a moderated innovation process in the regional advisory and provider landscape. The partners involved in the project acted as “institutional entrepreneurs” in the sense of the educational governance approach and worked towards dynamic interaction between institutions and stakeholders. The starting points for this were the establishment of basic education-sensitive advisory, support and referral structures as well as the development and testing of eligible educational settings for the long-term unemployed with basic education needs.” (authors’ abstract; BIBB-Doku)
