dc.description.abstractAnhand eines theoretischen Modells wird die berufliche Mobilität von Arbeitslosen untersucht und in Beziehung gesetzt zur Dauer der Arbeitslosigkeit. Es wird gezeigt, dass es mit zunehmender Dauer der Arbeitslosigkeit zu suboptimaler beruflicher Mobilität kommt und Arbeitslose nicht entsprechend ihrem Humankapital wiederbeschäftigt werden. (IAB)
