Kritisch-emanzipatorische Berufsbildungstheorie : historische Kontinuität und Kritik

Abstract

"Kritisch-emanzipatorische Berufsbildungstheorie scheint mittlerweile überholt zu sein, entweder weil der Begriff Emanzipation dem Jargon der 1960er/1970er Jahre zugeordnet wird, weil die empirische Berufsbildungsforschung einem positivistischen Paradigma folgt, oder aber, weil angesichts von subjektorientierten Kompetenz- und Inklusionskonzepten und des Bildungsauftrags "Befähigung zur Mitgestaltung" Kritik als erwünscht und Emanzipation als realisiert gilt. Gleichzeitig zeichnet sich mit dem Hinweis auf "Neoliberalisierung" und "Ökonomisierung" in unterschiedlichen gesellschaftlichen Bereichen ein Bedarf an einer Wiederbelebung kritisch-emanzipatorischer Berufs- und Wirtschaftspädagogik ab. Vor diesem Hintergrund stellt sich die Frage, ob und inwiefern neu oder anders über die Begriffe Kritik und Emanzipation nachgedacht werden muss. Um eine entsprechende Diskussion anzustoßen, soll im folgenden Beitrag der Versuch unternommen werden, anhand einer historiographischen Rekonstruktion von Vorläufern kritisch-emanzipatorischer Berufsbildungstheorie nach Verständnissen, Besonderheiten und insbesondere nach Paradoxien des Emanzipationsbegriffs in Auseinandersetzungen mit Berufsbildung zu fragen." Against this background, the question arises as to whether and to what extent criticism and emancipation must be considered in a new or different way. In order to initiate a corresponding discussion, the following article will attempt to ask for understandings, characteristics and in particular for paradoxes of the emancipation term in disputes with vocational education and training.
