dc.description.abstractNach einer Einführung in die grundlegenden politischen und wirtschaftlichen Strukturen Dänemarks gibt die Broschüre einen Überblick über die historische Entwicklung der Berufsbildung und stellt ausführlich das dänische Bildungs- und Berufsbildungsystem dar. Besonders berücksichtigt werden in der Darstellung das Erstausbildungs- und das Weiterbildungssystem sowie das "on-the-job-training". Ein gesonderter Abschnitt befasst sich mit der Verwaltung und der Finanzierung des Bildungswesens. Der Anhang enthält ein Abkürzungsverzeichnis, eine Adressenliste, eine Bibliographie und ein Glossar. (BIBB2)
