dc.description.abstractDer Hintergrundbericht zum zweiten Forschungsbericht zur Beruflichen Aus- und Weiterbildung (VET) in Europa enthält eine Reihe von Beiträgen über die aktuelle Forschung im Rahmen der Generierung und Nutzung von Fähigkeiten und Kompetenzen. Die grundlegenden Theorien, Methodologien und Ergebnisse werden präsentiert und die wesentlichen Implikationen für die Zukunkft in Forschung, Politik und Praxis werden in den einzelnen Beiträgen diskutiert. Der zweite Band enthält Beiträge zu dem Themenbereichen: (a) Ausbildung und Beschäftigung aus der Perspektive der Unternehmen. (b) Beschäftigung, wirtschaftliche Leistung und das Missverhältniss zwischen vorhandenen Fähigkeiten und dem Bedarf. (BIBB2)
