Sprachliche Förderung in der dualen Ausbildung

Abstract

"Dieser Beitrag beschäftigt sich mit den Formen sprachlicher Förderung in der dualen Ausbildung. Dabei wird zunächst ein Überblick über die in diesem Setting relevanten Sprachlernmodelle wie CLIL (Content and Language Integrated Learning) und Zielgruppen gegeben und eine Systematik für die Einordnung sprachfördernder Maßnahmen entwickelt. Im weiteren Verlauf werden Praxisbeispiele aus den identifizierten Lernorten Betrieb, berufliche Schule und Trägerinstitutionen im Kontext der Systematik kategorisiert und dargestellt. Abschließend wird das Mentoring-Projekt "WEICHENSTELLUNG für Ausbildung und Beruf " als Beispiel einer sprachförderlichen Maßnahme einer universitären Trägerinstitution detailliert erläutert." "This article investigates forms of language learning in the German system of vocational training. We examine the models of language learning as well as possible target groups that are relevant in this specific setting, and develop a system for categorizing various measures of language learning in the context of vocational training. We subsequently describe several practical examples of language learning measures in the vocational schools, the apprenticing companies and third party training programs, and classify them within our system of language learning models. At the end, we take an expanded look at the mentoring project "WEICHENSTELLUNG für Ausbildung und Beruf " as an example of a University-based language learning approach within the larger field of vocational training."
