Transfer als unterstützte Rezeption des Neuen : einige transfertheoretische Überlegungen

Abstract

„Der Beitrag untersucht, wie Transfer in der Berufsbildungsforschung als kommunikativer Prozess konzeptualisiert werden kann. Aufbauend auf einer diskursanalytischen Rekonstruktion der Begriffsverwendung in Erziehungswissenschaft und Berufsbildungsforschung wird Transfer als prozesshafte Anwendungspraxis verstanden, die sich zwischen Wissenschaft, Politik und Praxis entfaltet. Die theoretische Rahmung folgt einem kommunikationstheoretischen Zugang, der Luhmanns Systemtheorie, Habermas’ Theorie des kommunikativen Handelns und Weicks Sensemaking-Ansatz integriert. Aus dieser Perspektive wird Transfer nicht als lineare Wissensübertragung, sondern als unterstützte Rezeption des Neuen modelliert. Diese Rezeption beruht auf kommunikativen Aushandlungen, in denen Akteure Wissen interpretieren, transformieren und in ihre eigenen Praxislogiken integrieren. Der Beitrag entwickelt ein Strukturmodell zur Analyse und Gestaltung solcher Prozesse und leitet Implikationen für Wissenschaftskommunikation, Programmsteuerung und Transferforschung ab. Damit wird ein Beitrag zur theoretischen Konsolidierung eines bislang fragmentierten Forschungsfeldes geleistet.“ (Autorenreferat; BIBB-Doku)

„The article examines how transfer can be conceptualised as a communicative process within vocational education and training research. Building on a discourse-analytical reconstruction of how the term is used in educational science and vocational education research, transfer is understood as a process-oriented practice of application that unfolds between science, policy and practice. The theoretical framework draws on a communication-theoretical approach integrating Luhmann’s systems theory, Habermas’s concept of communicative action and Weick’s sensemaking perspective. From this standpoint, transfer is not conceived as a linear transmission of knowledge but as a guided reception of the new. This reception is based on communicative negotiations in which actors interpret, transform and integrate knowledge into their own logics of practice. The article develops a structural model for analysing and designing such processes and derives implications for science communication, programme governance and transfer research. In doing so, it contributes to the theoretical consolidation of a research field that has hitherto remained fragmented.” (authors’ abstract; BIBB-Doku)
