Abstract
(Autorenreferat; BIBB-Doku)
"Managing and developing the role of the teacher are central components of a teacher training programme. Reflective learning is necessary in order to learn how to respond as a teacher in an appropriate situation. This raises the question of how student teachers can be supported in their reflection process. In response to this question, a resource-oriented e-portfolio concept applicable across the phases of training was developed within the framework of the joint project Campus BWP MV. This article offers insight into the concept of the digital reflection portfolio, which combines the resource and strength orientation as well as the topicrelated motto goal and mind-set work of the Zurich Resource Model (Storch/Krause, 2017) based on the reflective practitioner (Schön, 1983)."
