Innovieren in der beruflichen Bildung – Aspekte und Leitlinien aus Perspektive der InnoVET Begleitforschung

Abstract

“Dieser Beitrag greift die Arbeiten von Annette Ostendorf zur Rolle von Innovation in der Weiterentwicklung des Berufsbildungssystems auf und analysiert hierfür notwendige Innovationsgegenstände und Transferprozesse. Vor diesem Hintergrund dient die Untersuchung von Innovation und Transfer in den Projekten der BMBF-Initiative InnoVET als Grundlage. Es wird insbesondere Bezug genommen auf die Arbeiten der trilateralen Begleitforschung des InnoVET-Programmes, bestehend aus Teilprojekten der Universität Paderborn, der Universität Magdeburg und des Bundesinstituts für Berufsbildung in Bonn. Die Ergebnisse unterstreichen die Bedeutung von frühzeitiger Kooperation zwischen Wissenschaft und Praxis in der Gestaltung von Innovationen. Ebenso ergibt sich aus den Untersuchungen, dass der Transfer von Innovationsprodukten dann am erfolgversprechendsten ist, wenn die Perspektiven der prospektiven Nutzerinnen und Nutzer kontinuierlich in Innovations- und Transferprozesse eingebunden werden. Hierfür ist es wichtig, dass vielfältige Austauschgelegenheiten sowohl zwischen Innovationsprojekten als auch mit Akteuren der Nutzungsebene geschaffen und systematisch begleitet werden.“ (Autorenreferat; BIBB-Doku)

„This contribution draws on work conducted by Annette Ostendorf on the role of innovation in the further development of systems of vocational education and training. The analysis comprises necessary products of innovation and transfer processes. The contribution is based on a study of innovation and transfer developed by the projects funded by the German Federal Ministry of Education and Research (BMBF) as part of its InnoVET Programme. The study is conducted jointly by the University of Paderborn, the University of Magdeburg and the Federal Institute for Vocational Education and Training in Bonn. The results highlight the importance of early cooperation between research and educational practice in developing innovation. The study also shows that the transfer of innovation products is most successful if the perspectives of the potential users of these products are consistently taken into account in innovation and transfer processes. In this context it is important that a range of opportunities for exchange are created and systematically accompanied between different innovation projects as well as with the diverse users of innovation products.” (authors’ abstract; BIBB-Doku)
