| dc.description.abstract | Die Studie zielt im Wesentlichen auf die Untersuchung der bestehenden Umweltbildung und umweltfreundliche Praktiken in der Landwirtschaft. Zudem wird die Definition neuer Qualifikationen, welche zu Umweltthemen in der Herstellung alternativer landwirtschaftlicher Produkte ohne Agrochemikalien in Bezug stehen, unterstützt sowie die Überlegungen zur bestmöglichen Aneignung dieser Qualifikationen. Hierzu wurden für alle beiteiligten Gruppen (Landwirte, Zertifizierungsinstitute, Inspektoren, Berater, Lehrer, Händler und Konsumenten) spezielle Umfragen entwickelt. Zentrales Ergebnis der Studie ist, dass Aus- und Weiterbildung, Innovationstransfer und Information über die Produktion und den Vertrieb geprüfter landwirtschaftlicher Produkte für alle Beteiligten wichtig ist; unabhängig vom Bildungsniveau.
