Das Forschungsprogramm zur Pflegebildung und zum Pflegeberuf des Bundesinstituts für Berufsbildung : Pflege(bildungs)forschung in Deutschland

Abstract

„Die Pflege(bildungs)forschung in Deutschland hat in den letzten Jahrzehnten kontinuierlich an Bedeutung gewonnen. Dieser Text bietet einen Einblick in die historische Entwicklung und die aktuellen Herausforderungen der Pflegeforschung. Von den Anfängen der Pflegewissenschaft bis zur Einführung der generalistischen Pflegeausbildung werden die Meilensteine und Entwicklungen in der Pflegeforschung beleuchtet. Zudem wird das Forschungsprogramm des Bundesinstituts für Berufsbildung (BIBB) im Bereich der Pflege(bildungs)forschung vorgestellt, das auf die Weiterentwicklung der Pflegeausbildung und die Verbesserung der Versorgung abzielt.“ (Autorenreferat; BIBB-Doku)„Nursing (education) research in Germany has continuously gained in importance over the past decades.
