Abstract
„Digitalization and inclusion are two central cross-cutting topics in vocational education and training that are often addressed separately and are intertwined in the inclusive-digital education approach in order to exploit synergies. Particularly in the career entry phase, it can be a challenge for students to meet these requirements in the classroom and have an impact on their self-efficacy (Educa, 2021; Wächter & Gorges, 2023). It can be seen that inclusive-digital education has so far had few points of contact with vocational education and training, but has a high degree of connectivity. The first step is therefore to take stock of how inclusive-digital education is anchored in vocational education and training. As part of an intervention program with students on the vocational studies course in the main profession, quality criteria will be addressed and checked for their applicability in the classroom. For this purpose, lesson plans of students (N = 22) are analyzed, two group discussions are conducted and self-efficacy is quantitatively assessed in a pre- and posttest. Conclusions are drawn on the effectiveness of the intervention program and implications for teacher training are derived.“ (author’s abstract; BIBB-Doku)
