Fachdidaktisches Projektstudium „Digitalisierung in Arbeit und Beruf“ im Master of Education für berufliche Schulen an der TU Darmstadt – Evaluation eines Praxisprojekts

Abstract

„Das Projektstudium „Digitalisierung in Arbeit und Beruf“ wurde in der Masterphase des Lehramtsstudiums für berufliche Schulen im MINTplus²-Projekt (Qualitätsoffensive Lehrkräftebildung, BMBF) an der TU Darmstadt entwickelt. Studierende setzen sich mit Veränderungen durch Digitalisierung in den Berufen ihrer beruflichen Fachrichtung auseinander und entwickeln eigene Unterrichtskonzeptionen. Darüber sollen die Studierenden befähigt werden, den Kompetenzerwerb der Schüler/-innen an aktuelle und zukünftige Anforderungen auszurichten. Über ein problem- und handlungsorientiertes Vorgehen wird zudem die Digitalkompetenz der Studierenden gefördert. In diesem Beitrag werden die Ausgangslage, die Konzeption sowie die Umsetzung und Ergebnisse der summativen Evaluation auf der Grundlage einer Längsschnittstichprobe (n = 37) vorgestellt und diskutiert.“ (Autorenreferat; BIBB-Doku)„The seminar „Digitization in task and occupation” proposes a teaching concept for students aiming to work as vocational teachers which was developed as part of the MINTplus2 project at TU Darmstadt. Throughout the seminar, students gain insight into the present issues and trends of their vocational specialization and develop their own teaching concepts. This approach seeks to enable studentsto support their future learners to adapt their skills to current and future requirements. On the basis of problem- and activity-oriented practice, the course aims to promote the digital competency of the students.
