dc.description.abstractDie Effizienz einer leittextgesteuerten Projektausbildung ist wesentlich davon abhängig, inwieweit sie fach- und lernsystematischen Anforderungen entspricht. Im BIBB-Modellversuch "Leittextorientierte Lern- und Arbeitsmethoden (LoLA)" wird derzeit im Unternehmen Telekom für die Ausbildung zum/zur Kommunikationselektroniker/-in - Fachrichtung Telekommunikation - eine handlungsbezogene Lernsystematik für ein genetisches Lernen in einer leittextgesteuerten Projektausbildung (Modulausbildung) erstellt. Hintergründe und erste Ergebnisse stellt dieser Artikel vor.
