Berufsbildung 4.0 - Fachkräftequalifikationen und Kompetenzen für die digitalisierte Arbeit von morgen : der Ausbildungsberuf "Maschinen- und Anlagenführer/-in - Textiltechnik und Textilveredelung"im Screening

Abstract

"Die Auswirkungen der Digitalisierung sind auch in der Textilindustrie spürbar: Die steigende Individualisierung von Produkten, der Einsatz von Assistenzsystemen, die Vernetzung von Maschinen und Menschen sowie die fortschreitende Automatisierung von Produktionsprozessen rücken zunehmend in den Fokus. Technologische Innovationen und sich verändernde Kundenerwartungen erfordern neue Geschäftsmodelle und Organisationsprinzipien in der Textilbranche. Auch die Tätigkeiten und Tätigkeitsanforderungen der Beschäftigten in der Textilindustrie verändern sich. Sie können z. B. durch den Einsatz digitaler Technologien anspruchsvoller werden, können die Beschäftigten unterstützen oder können eine Tätigkeit vollkommen ersetzen. All diese Entwicklungen wirken sich auch auf die Berufsbilder der Branche aus. Die vorliegende Untersuchung, die im Rahmen der BMBF-BIBB-Forschungsinitiative "Fachkräftequalifikationen und Kompetenzen für die digitalisierte Arbeit von morgen" durchgeführt wurde, untersucht am Beispiel des Berufsbildes Maschinen- und Anlagenführer/-in - Textiltechnik und Textilveredelung die mit der Digitalisierung einhergehenden Veränderungen in der Textilindustrie und ihre Auswirkungen auf die inhaltliche und strukturelle Ausgestaltung der Ausbildungsberufe. Als Schlussfolgerung werden zehn Handlungsempfehlungen bezüglich der Berufsausbildung in den textilen Produktionsberufen gegeben." (BIBB-Doku)"The effects of digitalisation are also noticeable in the textile industry: there is increasing emphasis on the individualisation of products, the use of assistance systems, the interlinking of machines and humans, and the ongoing automation of production processes. Technological innovations and changing customer expectations require new business models and organisational principles within the textile sector. Those employed within the industry also face changes in terms of their tasks and demands of their work. For example, the integration of digital technology into some areas of work could support human workers or even fully automate the completion of specific tasks. All of these developments have an effect on occupational profiles within the sector. This study examines the changes brought about by digitalisation within the textile industry as well as the subsequent effects thereof on the substance and structure of training occupations. Conducted as part of the BMBF-BIBB research initiative "Skilled worker qualifications and competencies for the digitalised work of the future", it places specific focus on the occupational profile of machine and plant operator specialised in textile engineering and finishing. Finally, ten recommended courses of action for vocational education and training in textile production professions are presented." (BIBB-Doku)
