Lernen im Prozess der Zusammenarbeit - ein vernachlässigtes Setting betrieblich-beruflicher Bildung

Abstract

"Lernen im Prozess der Zusammenarbeit bezeichnet im Kontext dieses Aufsatzes einerseits den Zusammenhang von individuellen Arbeits- und Lernprozessen sowie kollektiver Erkenntnisentwicklung. Es steht andererseits für ein Setting zur Analyse und Konstruktion von Wissen, Können und Wollen, von sozialen Beziehungen im Unternehmen und von betrieblichen Arbeitsabläufen resp. Organisationsstrukturen. Im Zentrum des Lernens im Prozess der Zusammenarbeit steht die soziale Interaktion, das Kommunizieren und Kooperieren der Fach- und Führungskräfte bei der Lösung betrieblicher Arbeitsaufgaben insbesondere im Kontext konkreter Geschäftsprozesse. Im Beitrag wird diskutiert, wie das Lernen im Prozess der Zusammenarbeit analysiert und ausgestaltet werden kann. Wir demonstrieren das am Beispiel einer Unternehmensstudie aus der Energiewirtschaft und anhand der Geschäftsprozesse "Personalentwicklung" und "Kundenzufriedenheitsmanagement" sowie mit Bezug zu wirtschaftspädagogischen Gestaltungsansätzen für geschäftsprozessorientierte beruflich-betriebliche Bildung." "In this paper, "learning through cooperation" refers on the one hand the connection of individual work and learning processes and collective development of knowledge. On the other hand a setting for the analysis and construction of know, can and want, of social relations at work, and of company workflows and organisational structures. The key focus of "learning through cooperation" is social interaction, the communication and cooperation of specialists and managers in solving operational work tasks, particularly in the context of specific business processes. In this paper, we discuss how learning through cooperation can be analysed and developed. We demonstrate this by using the example of a case study from the energy industry and the business processes "personnel development" and "customer satisfaction management", as well as with regard to economic pedagogical design approaches for business-process-oriented vocational and company education."
