Abstract

„As part of the BMBF project ‚Augmented Reality in Craft Training‘, the Münster School of Vocational Education at FH Münster – University of Applied Sciences, together with the Chamber of Crafts for Lower Franconia, has focussed on the qualification of in company training staff. Guidelines were developed, tested and provided for the trainers working there to ensure the professional design of AR learning applications. This methodological-didactic concept, finally referred to as the EduAR Workbook, offers systematic support in the planning and design of AR learning applications, with a focus on industrial-technical training processes. The EduAR Workbook provides a step-by-step process for designing AR learning applications and offers corresponding didactic tools for each process step. The individual process steps, as well as the EduAR Workbook as a result, were developed using the design-based research approach. The presentation of the design-based research process for the development of the EduAR Workbook is the subject of this article.“ (authors‘ abstract; BIBB-Doku)
