Abstract
(Autorenreferat ; BIBB-Doku)
"An essential condition of efficient practical training is that the quality of the structure at the place of learning practice is ensured by specialist and equally pedagogically qualified personnel. In Germany, this condition is insufficiently met. The background to this is that, for therapy professions, further training for a practical instructor analogous to health care and nursing is not prescribed in professional laws and training and examination regulations. For this reason, c/inics usually provide no budget for this purpose. Therefore a direct transferability of practical training in nursing to the therapeutic fields is not possible in terms of content and organization. The tested best practice example shows a solution option in this regard." (author's abstract ; BIBB-Doku)
