Abstract
(Autorenreferat ; BIBB-Doku)
"The article describes the development, implementation and evaluation of a further education concept for manual assembly operations. The workshop concept fosters creation, usage and optimization of manual assembly systems. A curriculum with different levels on DQR basis focusses on a heterogeneous target group. Work-integrated competency development is a key feature. Participants create video tutorials with authoring systems beginning from complex starting points that incorporate real problems from manual assembly processes." (author's abstract ; BIBB-Doku)
