Abstract
„The requalification and digitization of work is accompanied by a significant increase in the importance of informal learning. Today, the professional competence of a company specialist is largely based on informal learning processes and, in view of the digital transformation, with an increasing tendency. Added to this is the equally growing acquisition of skills through non-formal learning processes. Validation records and evaluates the competences acquired through non-formal and informal learning. Only then is the often accidental and situational acquisition of skills in and at work placed in a context of quality, structure, comparability, recognition and professionalism. But which approaches and procedures are there for the corporate validation, which is only just beginning? But above all: to which standards do the validations refer in the tension field of education-related personnel development and economic purpose orientation, which is elementary for company training work?“ (author’s abstract; BIBB-Doku)
