Abstract

"Mehr als 70 Prozent der 14- bis 20-Jährigen in Deutschland beklagen, dass sich die Chancen auf dem Ausbildungsmarkt durch Corona verschlechtert haben. Die Hälfte ist der Auffassung, dass die Politik wenig bis gar nichts für junge Menschen tut, die einen Ausbildungsplatz suchen. Wer demnächst ein Studium anfangen möchte, sieht die Situation dagegen deutlich positiver. Das zeigt eine Befragung der Bertelsmann Stiftung." (Hrsg.; BIBB-Doku)

"Vocational training continues to be highly attractive for young people in Germany. However, the Corona crisis is leading to growing uncertainty among young people aspiring to enter the training market. 71 percent of all respondents-10 percent more than in the previous year-are of the opinion that the chances of finding a training placement have worsened due to the Corona pandemic. 53 percent of the young people believe the policy does little or nothing for young people who are looking for a training placement. This number has increased compared to that of last year. The Bertelsmann Stiftung is calling for a state training guarantee to offer all young people training prospects." (editor; BIBB-Doku)
