Abstract
Der vorliegende Beitrag fokussiert die postsekundäre Berufsbildung in der Fachschule Bautechnik. Im Beitrag werden auf der Basis eines theoretischen Modells empirische Ergebnisse zur Modellierung der berufsfachlichen Kompetenz zum Ende der Grundstufe der Fachschule für Bautechnik mit der Vertiefungsrichtung Hochbautechnik vorgestellt. Die Befunde der repräsentativen Querschnittstudie in den Bundesländern Baden-Württemberg, Bayern und Hessen deuten auf eine mehrdimensionale Struktur mit den Dimensionen Baustatik/Tragwerkslehre, Baukonstruktion/Bauphysik und der fachspezifischen Problemlösefähigkeit hin. Die eingesetzten validierten Testinstrumente bilden die Bandbreite der Personenfähigkeit gut ab und dienen als operationale Basis für die Modellierung.
The following article focuses the post-secondary education in the constructional engineering school. Based on a theoretical model the contribution will present empirical results of the professional knowledge and ability at the end of the basic level of the constructional engineering school with specialization in building construction. The survey results of the cross-sectional study in the federal states of Baden-Württemberg, Bavaria and Hesse indicate a multidimensional structure including the dimensions structural design, building construction/ building physics and the subject-specific problem-solving ability. The applied validated testing instruments display the spectrum of the personal abilities in a proper way and function as an operative basis for modelling.
