Entwicklung eines Instruments zur Erfassung der Wechselwirkung von Lernortkooperation und Ausbildungsqualität

Abstract

"Dieser Beitrag befasst sich mit der theoriegeleiteten Erstellung eines Erhebungsinstruments zur Erfassung von Ausbildungsqualität und Lernortkooperation in der dualen Berufsausbildung. Hierzu wurden 1329 Auszubildende mittels eines standardisierten Fragebogens zu ihrer Wahrnehmung der Input-, Prozess- und Outputqualität sowie der Lernortkooperation in ihrer Ausbildung befragt. Diese Daten wurden mithilfe einer explorativen Faktorenanalyse in ihren Dimensionen reduziert, sodass vier Faktoren übrigblieben. Diese Faktoren beschreiben betriebliche bzw. schulische Qualitätsindikatoren, Indikatoren zur Lernortkooperation und erwarteten Outputqualität. In einem späteren Projekt soll dies zur Überprüfung des Zusammenhangs von Lernortkooperation und Ausbildungsqualität genutzt werden." (Autorenreferat, BIBB-Doku)

"This article is concerned with the generation of a survey instrument for the capture of the quality of education and the cooperation of learning venues in the technical-industrial section of vocational training. Therefore 1329 trainees were interviewed about their awareness of input-, process- and output quality as well the cooperation between their learning venues. The collected data were analysed using an explorative factor analysis. After the analyzation four factors remained. Those coefficients describe scholastic and operational quality indicators, indicators for the cooperation between the learning places and the expected output quality. Later on, this project shall be used for the validation of a correlation between the cooperation of learning places and the quality of education." (Authors' abstract, BIBB-Doku)
